AirFeel
AirFeel is the innovative Flaem medical device for respiratory physiotherapy.
Portable, ergonomic and extremely lightweight, AirFeel is a tool that helps the patient’s airways clearance through respiratory gymnastics. The positioning of the ring nut makes it possible to choose between two different types of use: PEP and OPEP.
When the knob is rotated to the “open” position, the device performs OPEP therapy.
OPEP is a combination of PEP therapy with oscillation: PEP maximizes airflow during expiration and prevents dynamic collapse of the airways. Increased alveolar ventilation, combined with the oscillatory movement of the air, reduces the viscoelastic properties of mucus, making it easier to mobilize and facilitating the removal of secretions.
When the knob is rotated to the “closed” position, the device performs PEP therapy, blocking the inner sphere and pushing air only through the selected hole on the ring. As a positive expiratory pressure (PEP) device, AirFeel® helps improve the clearance of the lower airways through collateral ventilation, temporarily increasing the residual functional capacity of the lungs.

It is equipped with an easy-to-grip handle that can be removed and used to store the product’s components, allowing for maximum ease of transportation, thanks to a convenient carrying bag.
Easy to clean
The product can be completely disassembled, making it easier to clean all of its components, which are also autoclavable.
Immediate therapy control (ACO755P Pro Kit)
With the additional manometer (sold separately as part of the kit, not included in the AirFeel product), the therapist can recommend the optimal treatment settings, while the patient can monitor the proper progress of the therapy.

AirFeel IMT
AirFeel® IMT is a medical device for training inspiratory muscles. It is designed to help increase lung capacity, strengthen the diaphragm, and improve the strength of the pelvic floor muscles.
AirFeel® IMT is indicated for clinical applications (cystic fibrosis, COPD, asthma, heart failure), occupational applications (hypoxia, weightlifting), sports applications (cycling, running, swimming), and other activities that require good breathing capacity.
How it’s made
AirFeel IMT® is lightweight, portable, and easy to assemble. It consists of a few pieces, including a practical nose clip, useful for maximizing breathing exercises. The device has been developed with a special patented design. The top cap is removable to allow for even more thorough cleaning. It is made of polypropylene, silicone, and stainless steel, which are durable and safe materials that are suitable for chemical and thermal disinfection, in addition to being autoclavable.
How it works
When at rest, the spring pushes the valve cap, preventing air passage.
When the patient breathes, the pressure applied to the valve (blue arrow) slides the cap downwards and allows air to pass (green arrow). The pressure can be set by rotating the central shaft and compressing/releasing the spring.
Use in combination with AirFeel®
AirFeel® IMT can be integrated with the AirFeel device to combine the benefits of PEP and OPEP therapy, based on the expiratory act, with IMT technology, which acts at the inspiratory level.
Use in combination with disposable accessories
AirFeel® IMT can be used in combination with other accessories, such as the disposable PEP mask or a kit designed for tracheotomized patients.
